Water to Water Plate Exchangers:

are designed to transfer heat from two different water
supplies and never have the two waters touch. This has
several advantages. First being pressurized systems and

My in- laws have their pool set at
89 degrees. They use the
wood furnace to get it up to temperature and a solar cover
to help to keep the heat in at night. They have burned about
2 cords all summer to keep the pool at
89 degrees. Their pool is
34,000 gallons and is a large in ground pool. 20 by 40 and a
deep end of 8 feet.
